Business contact information
When you submit the pilot request form, we collect the business contact and fleet information you provide (such as company name, contact name, job title, email, city and vehicle details). We use it only to assess pilot suitability and to contact you about the STOCHOPS pilot program.
Fleet telemetry
During a pilot deployment, monitoring may include commercially sensitive operating information such as vehicle location, temperature and energy data. Fleet data handling and access controls — including data ownership, location retention, access levels, driver-privacy considerations, hosting, retention and offboarding — are defined as part of each pilot deployment.
What we do not claim
We do not claim full regulatory compliance certifications until legal and technical review is complete. Analytics are configured only after a consent and privacy approach is defined.
